Eugene Challengers

The Overhead Door Eugene Challengers is a non-profit, American Legion baseball organization in Eugene, Oregon. The AAA and A teams are made up of boys ages 15-19 from Lane County high schools. Each team rosters 18, along with 2 swing players. Home games are played at Swede Johnson Stadium at North Eugene High School.

Mission Statement

To provide the best opportunity possible for the young men who play within the Overhead Door Eugene Challengers organization to enhance not only their baseball skills but also their life skills with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible platform for these young athletes to further their baseball careers beyond High School and into college or the professional ranks.

Our Values

1) Play the game of baseball the right way all the time.
2) Be respectful and professional on and off the field of play.
3) Represent our community, our organization and ourselves to the best of our ability.
4) Give back to the community and provide a resource for generations to come.
5) Provide an opportunity for the young athletes in our organization to continue their baseball careers beyond High School and into the College or the Professional ranks.

 

The Eugene Challengers organization would like to thank all our supporters for their continued trust in our organization which allows us to continue our American Legion Baseball tradition which spans the past 40+ years.
