Radio Voice of the Eugene Challengers
The Eugene Challengers organization is pleased to have Bill Crawford and radio station KKNX 840 AM (rebroadcast on KKNX 105.1 FM) as our radio broadcasters. Games are available to stream online at Radio84.com. Bill has been in broadcasting for close to 40 years as a radio personality in Eugene, Medford, Chico, San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, and various other cities, including Juneau, Alaska.
His sports background includes public address announcing, which he has done since 1973 for various high school, college and professional teams, and is the current Public Address Announcer at North Eugene High School. He has experience doing high school football, boys and girls basketball and baseball.
The Eugene Challengers are proud to continue our relationship with KKNX 840 AM and 105.1 KKNX FM who will broadcast all Area 4 American Legion league games. KKNX will also carry all Eugene Challengers post-season games the team will be playing in – Super Regionals, the State Tournament, the Pacific Northwest Regionals in Missoula, Montana and the American Legion World Series in Shelby, North Carolina.
