Grant Smith Rules
NOTES: Teams listed on the right side of the schedule are home teams for each game. The 1st base dugout will be occupied by the home team except when the Eugene Challengers play or when there is a doubleheader and a team playing in the first game is already in the 1st base dugout. All games are 2 hours with a 10 run mercy rule after 5 innings. No new inning can start after the time limit has expired. If the previous game goes overtime limit there will be 30 minutes allotted between games.
The 4th and 5th place team from each Division is eliminated from Sunday play.
Rules for Tournament:
- A.L. MLB Rules (American Legion)
- Courtesy Runner for Catcher and Pitcher at all times
- Helmets for Coaches on field
- DH for Pitcher only
- No Re-Entry
- College Slide Rule
- No 3rd to 1st Move

Rules and Tie Breaker Information:
In the event that two teams end pool play with the same record the tie will be broken as follows:
- Head to Head
- Runs allowed
- Runs scored
- Coin flip
*If there are three teams at the end of pool play with the same record the tie will be broken by the tiebreaker listed above. Once a team has been eliminated then the remaining two teams will have their tie broken by returning to the tiebreaker rules and beginning the process from step 1.
*All games are 7 innings with a 2-hour time limit with a 10 run mercy rule after 5 innings. Games can end in a tie. The time limit is in effect for all schedules games, except no time limit for semifinal and championship games.
